October has got to be the best month of the year. The days are sunny and warm, the nights are cool. The flowers are making one more all out effort at blooming, knowing that the cold fingers of frost will soon send them to the compost bag. There are fairs and festivals in all the little towns. The leaves are turning gold and red and orange. Here are some pics - had to share the beauty!

Best of Missouri

Gorgeous! I really do miss October in the N. hemisphere. It has officially gotten HOT in Tanzania.
